The VNL5030JTR-E is a monolithic low-side driver designed for driving resistive or inductive loads with one side connected to the battery. The device includes output current limitation to safeguard against overloads, and it can automatically restart after a fault condition is resolved. It is capable of handling a drain current of up to 25 A and has a very low on-resistance of 30 mOc. The VNL5030JTR-E is automotive qualified, offers ESD protection, and includes an overvoltage clamp.
