The VN5E160MS-E is a single-channel high-side driver designed for automotive applications, utilizing Quarktwin Technology Ltd.'s proprietary VIPower,Ñ¢ M0-5 technology. It is housed in a compact SO-8 package and is capable of driving 12 V automotive grounded loads. The device features a maximum supply voltage of 41 V and operates within a voltage range of 4.5 V to 28 V. It has a maximum ON-state resistance of 160 mOc and a typical current limitation of 10 A.
