The VN02H is a high-side smart power solid-state relay designed for driving resistive or inductive loads with one side grounded. It features a maximum drain-source breakdown voltage of 60 V and can handle a continuous output current of 6 A at a case temperature of 25¬8C. The device is compatible with 5V logic level inputs and includes built-in thermal shutdown and under-voltage shutdown for enhanced protection. An open-drain diagnostic output provides feedback on open circuit and over-temperature conditions. The VN02H is suitable for applications requiring low standby power dissipation and operates within a junction temperature range of -40 to 150¬8C.
