The STM32L4Q5CGT6 is a 32-bit microcontroller based on the Arm¬Æ Cortex¬Æ-M4 architecture, featuring a floating-point unit (FPU) and capable of operating at a frequency of up to 120 MHz. It offers 1 MB of Flash memory and 320 KB of SRAM, with advanced low-power features including FlexPowerControl, allowing operation from a power supply range of 1.71 V to 3.6 V. The device supports a wide temperature range from -40 ¬8C to 125 ¬8C and includes multiple low-power modes, achieving current consumption as low as 22 nA in shutdown mode. The microcontroller is equipped with a rich set of peripherals, including 23 communication interfaces such as USB OTG, I2C, USART, and SPI, as well as 11 analog peripherals including dual 12-bit ADCs and DACs.
