The STM32H523xx is a 32-bit Arm Cortex-M33 microcontroller with TrustZone and FPU, running up to 250 MHz and achieving 375 DMIPS. It includes up to 512 Kbytes of flash with ECC, 272 Kbytes of SRAM, and supports external memories via FMC and Octo-SPI. Features include dual 12-bit ADCs (5 Msps), a 12-bit DAC, USB 2.0 full-speed with crystal-less operation, USB Type-C and Power Delivery r3.1, multiple USARTs, I2Cs, SPIs, FDCAN, and a camera interface. It operates from 1.71 V to 3.6 V, supports Sleep, Stop, and Standby modes, and includes secure boot, secure firmware update, HASH, PKA, and True RNG. Packaging options include LQFP48, UFQFPN48, UFBGA100, and others, all ECOPACK2 compliant. Certified to SESIP3 and PSA Level 3, and compliant with AEC-Q200.
