The STM32C031G6U7 is a 32-bit microcontroller based on the Arm Cortex-M0+ core, operating at up to 48 MHz with 32 KB of flash memory and 12 KB of SRAM with hardware parity. It is housed in a UFQFPN28 package measuring 4×4 mm. The device operates from 2.0 V to 3.6 V with ambient temperature ranges up to 125 °C, and includes one I2C, two USARTs, one SPI/I2S, a 12-bit ADC with 19 external channels, 8 timers, a real-time clock, and 3-channel DMA. All GPIOs are 5 V-tolerant. It supports low-power modes including Sleep, Stop, Standby, and Shutdown, and complies with ECOPACK 2. It is qualified for operation from -40 °C to 125 °C.
