The STHS2375AM6F is a Power Over Ethernet (PoE) controller designed for use in IEEE 802.3af-compliant powered devices. It features an integrated 100V, 500mA power MOSFET and allows for resistor-programmable inrush current limits, with a normal operation current limit of 460mA. The device includes an external 25kOc signature resistor and supports programmable classification current across classes 0-4. Key protective features include undervoltage lockout (UVLO) with standard, programmable, and legacy options, thermal overload protection, and the ability to latch or auto-retry after hard current overloads or repetitive thermal overloads. The operating temperature range is industrial-grade, from -40 to +85¬8C. The STHS2375AM6F is available in both 8-pin SO and TSSOP packages and is RoHS compliant.
