The 54AH6671 is an 8Kbit EEPROM from STMicroelectronics, designed for operation in a temperature range of -40¬8C to 105¬8C. It features compatibility with all I¬=C bus modes, supporting speeds of 1 MHz, 400 kHz, and 100 kHz. The memory array consists of 1024 bytes with a page size of 16 bytes, and it includes an additional write-lockable identification page. This EEPROM has a short write cycle time, allowing for byte writes within 4 ms and page writes also within 4 ms. It offers a write cycle endurance of up to 4 million cycles at 25¬8C, decreasing to 900 k cycles at 105¬8C. Data retention is robust, exceeding 50 years at 105¬8C and up to 200 years at 55¬8C. The device is also equipped with Schmitt trigger inputs for noise filtering and has ESD protection rated at 4000 V (Human Body Model). It is available in multiple RoHS-compliant package options, including TSSOP8, SO8, and WFDFPN8.
