The LDK320AM-R is a linear voltage regulator capable of delivering up to 200 mA output current with an input voltage range of 2.5 V to 18 V. It features a low dropout voltage of 100 mV at a 100 mA load and a low quiescent current of 60 OºA, which reduces power consumption, especially in battery-powered applications. The device offers high power supply rejection ratio (PSRR) of 88 dB at 120 Hz and has an output voltage tolerance of ¬±0.5% at 25 ¬8C.
