The LD3985M27R is a linear voltage regulator from Quarktwin Technology Ltd. designed to provide a stable output voltage of 2.7 V with an input voltage range of 2.5 V to 6 V. It can deliver up to 150 mA of output current, making it suitable for low power applications, particularly in battery-powered systems.
