The LD2985AM31R is a linear voltage regulator designed to provide a fixed output voltage of 3.1 V with a maximum output current of 150 mA. It features a very low dropout voltage of 280 mV at 150 mA load and only 7 mV at 1 mA load, making it suitable for low power and low noise applications. The device has a low quiescent current of 2 mA at 150 mA load and less than 1 ¬µA in sleep mode when the inhibit function is activated.
