The LD2985AM28R is a linear voltage regulator from Quarktwin Technology Ltd. designed to provide a fixed output voltage of 2.8 V with a maximum output current of 150 mA. It features a very low dropout voltage of 280 mV at 150 mA load and only 7 mV at 1 mA load, making it suitable for low power and low noise applications. The device has a low quiescent current of 2 mA at full load and less than 1 ¬µA in sleep mode when the inhibit function is activated.
