The LD2985AM15R is a linear voltage regulator designed to provide a fixed output voltage with a maximum output current of 150 mA. It features a very low dropout voltage of 280 mV at 150 mA and 7 mV at 1 mA load, making it suitable for low power and low noise applications. The device has a low quiescent current of 2 mA at 150 mA load and less than 1 ¬µA in sleep mode when the inhibit function is activated. The output voltage options include 1.8 V, 2.5 V, 2.8 V, 3.0 V, 3.1 V, 3.3 V, and 5.0 V.
