The L93PI is a monolithic integrated quad low side driver designed for automotive and industrial applications. It operates within a wide supply voltage range of 4.5V to 40V and can handle input voltages from -24V to +45V. The device features four open drain DMOS outputs with a typical on-resistance of 1.5Oc at 25¬8C and a controlled output slope to minimize electromagnetic interference (EMI). It includes reverse bias protection, output current limitation, and an integrated output clamp for fast inductive recirculation. The L93PI also supports TTL and CMOS compatible inputs, with programmable signal transfer polarity and a defined output off state for open inputs. It has a low standby quiescent current of less than 2mA and includes thermal shutdown and status monitoring for overtemperature conditions. The device is housed in a 20-pin SO package, making it suitable for compact designs.
