The L6564H from Quarktwin Technology Ltd. is a high-voltage startup transition-mode Power Factor Correction (PFC) integrated circuit designed for applications such as high-end AC-DC adapters and switch-mode power supplies (SMPS) exceeding 400 W. It features an onboard 700 V startup source and offers fast bi-directional input voltage feedforward for effective power factor correction. The device includes adjustable output overvoltage protection, feedback loop disconnection protection with latched shutdown, and inductor saturation protection.
