The IMP23ABSU is a high-performance MEMS microphone designed for a wide range of applications, including condition monitoring, leak detection, and smart medical instruments. The microphone features a single supply voltage operation between 1.52 V and 3.6 V, with a maximum current consumption of 150 ¬µA. This microphone offers omnidirectional sensitivity and a high signal-to-noise ratio of 64 dB(A), along with an acoustic overload point of 130 dBSPL. It has an ultra-flat frequency response and is capable of detecting ultrasound frequencies up to 80 kHz.
