The E-TDA7342N is a digitally controlled audio processor designed for high linearity and low distortion, utilizing CMOS-switching techniques. It features an input multiplexer that supports two stereo and one mono input, along with a quasi-differential input. The device allows for selectable input gain, a fully programmable loudness function, and volume control in 0.3 dB steps with a maximum gain of 20 dB. Additional functionalities include soft mute, zero-crossing mute, bass and treble control, and independent speaker attenuation for four speakers in 1.25 dB steps. All functions are programmable via a serial I2C bus, making it suitable for various audio applications. The product is packaged in an LQFP32 format and is an upgrade from the TDA731X audioprocessor family, providing enhanced performance for audio processing tasks.
