Made of dimensionally stable chromium, tungsten and vanadium electric furnace tool steel. Low 1,450-1,500 Fahrenheit hardening range makes this steel easy to harden. Vanadium content assures fine grain and high durability. Fully spheroidized and annealed for uniform carbide size and easy machining. Each piece is individually wrapped and clearly marked with size, analysis and correct hardness and tempering information. Edge squareness is .003″ per inch. Finish is 35 microinch or finer.
