PowerRing™ Keyless Shaft-Hub Locking Devices feature a smooth, non-marring bore which contracts securely onto a shaft while expanding the O.D. tightly into the I.D. of a hub. They are easy to install by tightening the locking bolts around the device’s face. When these bolts are tightened, multiple internal taper rings produce the frictional forces necessary to join the shaft and hub allowing the transmission of high torque and axial loads. Simplifying the timing of matched components, PowerRing™ Keyless Shaft-Hub Locking Devices are fully adjustable, balanced to minimize vibration at high speeds, and prevent backlash damage caused by heavy loads. Available in 24 sizes ranging from 3/4” to 3” I.D., they are ideal for mounting gears, sprockets, pulleys and related devices.
