TPU flat tips feature a high impact solid stream or flat spray pattern with spray angles of 0º (solid stream) to 110º. They produce a uniform distribution of small- to medium-sized drops. Specially tapered spray pattern edges provide even spray coverage when several nozzles with overlapping patterns are required. Spray tip orifices are recessed to protect against damage. Tips also feature unobstructed flow passages to minimize clogging.
