Spraying Systems Co. B1/2HHMFP-6032

Description
The Maximum Free Passage (MFP) FullJet nozzle's patent-pending vane design provides the largest free passage of any spray nozzle of its type. As a result, the possibility of clogging is minimized to allow maximum liquid throughput in applications where there is debris in the water or where recirculated liquid is being used. Unlike other maximum free passage nozzles where the vane is cast as part of the nozzle the, MFP FullJet nozzle features a separate internal vane. Because of this patent-pending vane design, actual maximum free passage is consistently achieved. This means that a ball bearing of the size noted on the performance data chart will freely pass through the nozzle. Backwall in the vane provides a controlled environment for the fluid before it enters the whirlchamber, thereby reducing "fluttering", or ragged and inconsistent spray pattern edges. Produces a uniform full cone spray across the entire spray coverage area - no thick edges and light centers. Available in 3/8" and 1/2" NPT and BSPT male and female inlet connections. Standard materials: brass and 316 stainless steel.
