The Soyer pedestal mounted SK-1K weld head is a hand operated system that is simple to set up and easy to use. The weld head is mounted over a T-slot work table. The operator manually loads the weld studs into the bottom of the weld head. The support legs mounted on the weld head provide the ground contact and also clamp the work piece when the head is lowered. A limit switch will trigger the welder when the weld head is in the correct position.
