The C5-91-412 Compression Latch is a sealed lever latch designed for applications requiring a low-profile solution. It features a push-button actuation mechanism and is constructed from zinc alloy with a black powder-coated finish. The latch accommodates a maximum static load of 445 N (100 lbf) and is suitable for door thicknesses ranging from 11 mm to 41 mm (0.43 in to 1.61 in). For optimal sealing, the latch achieves NEMA 4 / IP65 ratings when used with an optional flange gasket and by sealing the mounting screw threads. The product includes M6 threaded mounting and adjusting screws, and it can be paired with various accessories such as a dust cover and rubber bumper, which are sold separately.
