The Si82C50ABE-KIT is intended to simplify functional testing and engineering validation of the Si82Cx isolated gate driver family. This SelVCD™ device evaluation board (EVB) features split outputs to independently manage gate drive sourcing and sinking currents, 8V UVLO, and a 6kV Isolation rating. The EVB can be used in standalone mode with an oscilloscope and the on-board dummy capacitive load, or it can be connected to a switch mode power supply (SMPS) controller and external power MOSFETs to conduct a system level evaluation.
