It features a low jitter performance of 90 fs rms and can generate any combination of output frequencies from an input frequency, with an output frequency range of 100 Hz to 1028 MHz for differential signals and up to 250 MHz for LVCMOS signals. The device supports input frequencies from 8 kHz to 750 MHz for differential inputs and 8 kHz to 250 MHz for LVCMOS inputs. This clock generator is programmable via a serial interface and includes in-circuit programmable non-volatile memory, ensuring it powers up with a known frequency configuration. It offers multiple operational modes, including free-run, synchronous, and holdover modes, along with hitless input clock switching. The outputs are highly configurable, compatible with various signaling standards such as LVDS, LVPECL, and CML, and feature programmable signal amplitude. The device operates over a temperature range of -40 to +85 °C and is packaged in a 64-QFN 9x9 mm form factor.
