The SI5341B-D13984-GMR is a low-jitter clock generator capable of generating any combination of output frequencies from a wide range of input frequencies. It features 10 differential clock outputs with an output frequency range from 100 Hz to 350 MHz, and it delivers ultra-low jitter performance of 90 fs rms. The device supports various output formats including LVDS, LVPECL, LVCMOS, CML, and HCSL, with programmable signal amplitude. It can be configured using ClockBuilder Pro software or programmed via I²C and SPI interfaces. The operating temperature range is from -40 to +85 °C, and it is housed in a 64-QFN package. This product is suitable for applications such as clock tree generation, clocking for FPGAs, processors, and memory, as well as in Ethernet switches and test equipment.
