The SI5341A-D09117-GM is a low-jitter clock generator that features a highly flexible architecture capable of synthesizing a wide range of frequencies up to 1 GHz across 10 differential clock outputs. It utilizes a combination of a wide-band PLL and proprietary MultiSynth fractional synthesizer technology, delivering sub-100 fs rms phase jitter performance. The device supports various output formats and voltage levels, allowing it to replace multiple clock ICs and oscillators, effectively functioning as a "clock tree on a chip." This clock generator can be configured using ClockBuilderPro software, which simplifies the setup process. It supports I¬=C and SPI serial interfaces for programming and offers a temperature range of -40 to +85 ¬8C. The input frequency range accommodates external crystals from 25 to 54 MHz and differential clocks from 10 to 750 MHz, while the output frequency range spans from 100 Hz to 1028 MHz for differential outputs and up to 250 MHz for LVCMOS outputs.
