The SI5335D-B03323-GM is a versatile clock generator capable of synthesizing four independent frequencies up to 350 MHz using Quarktwin Technology's MultiSynth technology. It can be configured as either a clock generator or a clock buffer, offering flexibility in design. The device features low phase jitter of 0.7 ps RMS and supports a variety of output formats, including LVPECL, LVDS, CML, HCSL, and CMOS, with independent voltage levels of 1.5, 1.8, 2.5, or 3.3 V per driver. The SI5335D includes multiple input options, accommodating external crystals and various CMOS and differential inputs. It provides user-assignable control pins for functions such as spread spectrum control and output enable, simplifying system integration. The device operates with low power consumption, drawing 45 mA in PLL mode and 12 mA in buffer mode, and is housed in a compact 4x4 mm, 24-QFN package. It is suitable for applications in PCIe, Ethernet, and telecom systems, among others, and supports a wide temperature range of -40 to +85 ¬8C.
