The TSM982ESA+ is an ultra-low-power dual comparator designed for single or dual supply applications. It operates with a supply voltage range of ¬±1.25V to ¬±5.5V for dual supplies or +2.5V to +11V for single supplies. The device features a maximum quiescent current of 6OºA, making it suitable for battery-powered systems. It has an input voltage range that includes the negative supply and offers a 12Oºs propagation delay at a 10mV overdrive. The TSM982ESA+ includes an internal voltage reference of 1.182V with a tolerance of ¬±2%, and it supports adjustable hysteresis. The open-drain output stage allows for wired-OR configurations, enhancing its versatility in applications such as threshold detection, window comparators, and oscillator circuits.
