Silicon Labs' highly-integrated clock + VCXO solutions feature an integrated voltage controlled oscillator (VCXO). Free-running and VCXO clocks can be generated by one device, making them ideal for cost-sensitive consumer applications. The SL38000 series of clock generators offer both VCXO and spread spectrum clock generation (SSCG) options, with LVCMOS outputs from 1-200 MHz.
