The C8051F911-D-GUR is an 8-bit microcontroller from Quarktwin Technology Ltd. featuring a high-speed 8051 core capable of executing up to 25 MIPS at a 25 MHz clock frequency. It operates within a supply voltage range of 0.9 to 3.6 V and offers ultra-low power consumption, with active mode current as low as 160 ¬µA/MHz and sleep modes consuming between 10 nA and 600 nA depending on the configuration.
