Silicon Labs Microcontrollers C8051F808-GU

The C8051F808-GU is a mixed-signal microcontroller from the C8051F80x series, featuring a high-speed 8051 core capable of executing instructions at up to 25 MIPS with a 25 MHz clock. It includes 16 kB of Flash memory and 512 bytes of internal data RAM, making it suitable for a variety of embedded applications. The device supports a wide range of analog peripherals, including a 10-bit ADC, a built-in temperature sensor, and a capacitive touch sensing interface that can handle up to 16 input channels with a fast conversion time of 40 Oºs per channel. The microcontroller operates within a supply voltage range of 1.8 to 3.6 V and is available in a 24-pin QSOP package.
