620S Fast-Flo® insertion gas mass flow meter was designed to give customers a highly reliable 200 msec fast time-response mass flow readings of air and compressed air, ideal for light-industrial applications where a NEMA 4X (IP65) enclosure is acceptable. 620S gas mass flow meter has an accuracy is ± 1% of full scale, 0.2% of full scale repeatability, and the flow range goes up to 20,000 sfpm.
