Main ingredient is comprised of lecithin. Is rated as Food Grade. Can be used to a maximum temperature of +350 F. In addition to the other features this product also has acid-resistant, rust-resistant properties and meets the following standards: NSF H2. This release agent is packaged 12 per case.
