The Electrochemical Sensor, PH3, 20 ppm, through-hole type, is designed for detecting phosphine gas with a measurement range of 0 to 20 ppm and a maximum overload capacity of 100 ppm. It exhibits a sensitivity range of 800 to 2000 nA/ppm and a resolution of 0.1 ppm. The sensor has a linear response across its measurement range and a response time of less than 60 seconds. Operating conditions for this sensor include a temperature range of -20 to +50 ¬8C and a humidity range of 15 to 90% RH (non-condensing). It is designed to be RoHS compliant and has a storage life of six months when kept in original packaging at temperatures between 0 and 25 ¬8C. The sensor's long-term output drift is less than 2% signal per month, and it comes with a two-year warranty. Cross-sensitivity data indicates that the sensor shows no response to various gases such as hydrogen sulfide, sulfur dioxide, carbon monoxide, ammonia, hydrogen, and ethene at specified concentrations. Care should be taken not to solder to the connector pins to avoid damaging the sensor and invalidating the warranty.
