Our RAYCON BULK series X-ray inspection systems are used to inspect bulk goods such as coffee, tea and spices, and detect both metallic and non-metallic contaminants. They represent the state of the art in terms of guaranteeing contaminant-free food. The complete systems consisting of vibration chute, X-ray scanner and reject system can be integrated straight away into any production line. They are user-friendly and comply with all key standards in the food industry. In optimal fashion, the inspected bulk goods make their way separately onto the conveyor belt by way of a vibration chute. After inspection, contaminants are removed from the product flow with pinpoint accuracy through reject flaps. This set-up provides reliable protection against customer complaints paired with minimal loss of material.
