The INTUITY metal detector from Sesotec GmbH is designed for installation in conveyor belts, primarily for the food industry. It utilizes multi-simultaneous-frequency technology to achieve high metal detection performance, identifying both magnetic and non-magnetic metal contaminants, including steel, stainless steel, and aluminum, even when enclosed in products. The detector features a closed, rectangular aperture that ensures optimal sensitivity throughout the entire tunnel area. The user-friendly INTUITY CONTROL unit includes a 7" touch display for intuitive operation and is equipped with an audit-check function, password-protected system logbook, and a menu-guided validation system to comply with HACCP, IFS, and BRC standards. The device is designed for hygienic use, with a sturdy housing that allows for wet cleaning and has a protection rating of IP66/69K for the detection tunnel and housing, and IP65 for the touch display.
