GEA Detector is a triaxial MEMS accelerometer dedicated to surveys, storage, and display via audible alarm, vibration events exceeding user-defined thresholds. IDENTIFY The high sensitivity of the sensor, allows the measurement of extremelly low level vibration. GEA Detector is suitable when and where it is necessary a short time advise of hight vibrations level, as in the case of seismic events, or wherever a minimum level of vibration could influence the quality of the monitored processes, as in measuring/metrologic al rooms. PROCESS and ANALYZE The internal processor elaborates the acquired data, compare results with the settled thresholds and trigger alarms on the sensor. The basic application of the GEA Detector calculates the RMS Vector of the three components of acceleration, X, Y and Z and compares it with threshold values ​​of warning and/or alarm. MEMORIZE Up to 12,000 events could be stored in the large internal memory. For each event parameter such as Event Time and Duration, Event RMS Value are saved. ADVISE GEA Detector has multiple alarm indicators, two LEDs are used to indicate eighter the exceeding of warning threshold or allarm threshold. Furthermore the exceeding of allarm threshold is indicated by means of internal horn or by driving an external device trough the relay output.
