Thermal pad suitable for NOVA 22 panel mount solid state relays. The HSP-7 thermal pad is east to use being constructed of a thermal interface material which is an excellent alternative to thermal grease. This thermal pad is pink in colour with a Chomerics material and is not self adhesive. The thermal pad does not require pre-heating of the heat sink prior to installation. Material - Chomerics T725.
