The HDC100D120H is a panel-mount solid state contactor rated for 120 A at up to 72 VDC, with a 4.5-32 VDC control voltage and an integrated thermal pad. It features LED status indication, heavy-duty stud terminals supporting up to 2/0 AWG wire, and a maximum on-state voltage drop of 0.52 VDC at rated current. The device supports PWM control up to 1 kHz and has a turn-on time of 8.5 µs at maximum input voltage. The housing is made of PBT 30% GF, UL 94 V-0, with aluminum baseplate and thermal conductive epoxy encapsulation. Operating temperature range is -30 to 80 °C, and dielectric strength is 2500 Vrms.
