Sensata Technologies Solid State Relays DPID6020H

The DPID6020 is a dual-channel, panel-mount solid state relay with 4-32 VDC input control and 24-280 VAC output rating per UL508, capable of switching up to 20 A per channel. It features push-in terminal connections, SCR output for industrial loads, 4000 VAC input-to-output isolation, and a touch-safe IP20 housing. The relay uses a DBC substrate for improved thermal performance, has a maximum on-state voltage drop of 1.25 Vrms at rated current, and operates over an ambient temperature range of -40 to 80°C. It is housed in a hockey puck-style package with a pluggable 5.08 mm pitch input connector and weighs 80.51 g. The device is cURus and TUV approved, CE and RoHS compliant, and meets IEC 61000-4-2, IEC 61000-4-4, and IEC 61000-4-5 immunity standards for industrial environments.
