The SC630 is a high-current charge pump buck/boost regulator designed for single Li-Ion battery cell applications. It operates with an input voltage range of 2.9V to 5.5V and provides a fixed output voltage of 3.3V with a tolerance of ±3%. The device can deliver a continuous output current of 400mA and a peak output current of 500mA. This regulator features three modes of operation: 2x, 1.5x, and 1x, allowing it to efficiently manage voltage regulation without dropout when the input voltage is below 3.3V. The charge pump operates at a frequency of 200kHz, maintaining low output ripple of less than 20mVpp at 400mA output.
