Semtech Corp. Video Amps and Modules GS9008ACKA

The GS9008ACKA is a bipolar integrated circuit designed for driving two 75 ,Ѷ coaxial cables at data rates exceeding 400Mb/s. It features adjustable output levels from 0 to 1100mVp-p, with guaranteed performance between 600mV and 1000mV. The device operates from a single +5 or -5 volt supply and has a typical power dissipation of 170mW. It includes on-chip DC restoration for low jitter and is compatible with other GENLINX,Ñ¢ devices. The GS9008ACKA is packaged in an 8-pin SOIC and is suitable for applications involving SMPTE and standard ECL input levels. The operating temperature range is from 0¬8C to 70¬8C.
