GCMX080A120B2T1P is a 1200V SiC six-pack module designed for high-efficiency power conversion in applications such as AC/DC converters, PFC boost converters, battery chargers, energy storage systems, and motor drives. It features press-fit terminals, a split DC negative terminal, and direct heatsink mounting with an isolated package. The module measures 40 g in weight and has a case size compatible with M4-0.7 screw mounting at 2.00-2.3 N·m torque and PCB press-fit holes of 0.99-1.09 mm diameter.
