The Cortex-M Trace Reference Board is designed for rapid setup of reference projects utilizing a J-Link or J-Trace unit. It features an ARM Cortex-M4F microcontroller and supports the Embedded Trace Macrocell (ETM). The board includes an external 19-pin, 0.05 inch debug header with trace pins and test points for trace signals. For compatibility with J-Link models such as EDU, BASE, PLUS, ULTRA+, or PRO, a J-Link 19-Pin Cortex-M Adapter is required. This board is RoHS compliant, making it suitable for environmentally conscious projects.
