The USE 2410 is a surface mount fuse with a 2410 footprint, rated for 125 to 250 VAC and 86 to 125 VDC, designed for quick-acting protection in low-voltage applications. It uses a lead-free, solder-joint-free melting wire and is sealed against potting compounds. The fuse operates from -55°C to 125°C and is reflow solderable with MSL1 moisture sensitivity. It meets UL 248-14, CSA22.2 No. 248.14, and IEC/UL 62368-1 standards, complies with RoHS and REACH regulations, and is AEC-Q200 qualified. The housing is fiber-reinforced plastic (UL 94V-0), terminals are copper with Ni/Au plating, and the physical dimensions are 6.1 mm × 3.5 mm. The breaking capacity ranges from 50 A to 200 A depending on voltage and current, with pre-arcing times of 4 hours at 1× rated current and 10 ms at 10× rated current. Packaged in tape-reel format, 2800 pieces per reel.
