The UMK 250 is a surface mount fuse with clip, designed for primary protection on SMD PCBs, with dimensions of 4.2 x 11.3 mm and a quick-acting F characteristic. It is rated for 250 VAC and 125 VDC, with a breaking capacity of up to 200 A at 250 VAC under UL standards and 100 A under IEC standards. The assembly combines a gold-plated fuse (UMF 250 (Au)) and a clip (UMC 250), both independently approved by VDE and UL. The operating temperature range is -40 °C to 85 °C, with reflow soldering compatibility and MSL 1 moisture sensitivity. Rated currents range from 0.5 A to 4 A, with a minimum pre-arcing time of 1 ms at 10 times rated current. The package is suitable for reflow soldering and complies with RoHS, REACH, and China RoHS directives.
