SCHURTER Inc UHP SMD Fuse 100 A, 80 VDC, 11.4 x 10.2 mm UHP

The UHP series comprises surface-mount fuses designed for SELV applications requiring high rated currents and breaking capacity. Each fuse is rated for 80 VDC and offers a breaking capacity of up to 3000 A at 63 VDC, with a quick-acting F characteristic. The device trips in 15 seconds at twice its rated current, minimizing temperature dissipation. It operates across an ambient temperature range of -55 °C to 125 °C and is constructed with a polyphthalamid housing meeting UL 94V-0 flammability standards. The component is mounted on PCBs using reflow soldering and complies with IPC/JEDEC J-STD-020D, AEC-Q200, UL 248-13, and CSA C22.2 No. 248.13:22. Its physical dimensions are 11.4 mm by 10.2 mm. The series is available in rated currents from 50 A to 100 A, with voltage drop and melting I²t values specified per variant, all packaged in tape or on reels per IEC 60286-3 Type 2a.
