SCHURTER Inc Surface Mount Fuse, PTC, 1812 footprint, 4.6 x 3.2 mm, 60 VDC PFMF

The PFMF series consists of surface mount resettable fuses with a 1812 footprint, measuring 4.6 x 3.2 mm, rated for 60 VDC maximum voltage. These PTC devices are designed for direct soldering onto printed circuit boards and are intended for applications including hard disk drives, PC motherboards, peripherals, PCMCIA cards, and USB port protection. They feature electroless nickel under immersion gold terminals, comply with reflow soldering profiles up to 260 °C for 10 seconds, and meet MSL 1 moisture sensitivity levels. The series is certified to UL E174545 and TÜV standards, complies with IEC 62319-1-1, UL 1434, CSA 22.2 No. 0, and meets RoHS, REACH, and China RoHS directives. Operating current ratings range from 0.1 A to 2.6 A holding current, with trip currents up to 2.2 A across variants. Maximum trip time is 8 seconds at rated currents.
