SCHURTER Inc Solid State, Thin Film, SMD 3220 Fuse for High Current Application HCF

The HCF is a surface-mount, ceramic-housed fuse designed for high-current applications with a rated voltage of 125 VAC and 125 VDC, and a breaking capacity of up to 1000 A at 125 VDC. It operates at ambient temperatures from -50 °C to 125 °C, features a quick-acting characteristic, and is impermeable to potting compounds for use in intrinsically safe environments. The fuse measures 8.05 mm × 5.7 mm × 3.8 mm and is mounted on PCBs using reflow or wave soldering. It meets IEC 60127-7, UL 248-14, and CSA 22.2 No. 248.14 standards, and complies with RoHS, REACH, and CE/UKCA directives. The component is rated MSL 1 and tested for thermal shock, vibration, and mechanical shock per IEC 60068 standards.
